By accessing or using MIRRORA (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer

The MIRRORA platform, including all digital experiences and generated content, is provided strictly for entertainment and recreational purposes only.

  • The content does not constitute, nor should it ever be treated as, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or real-world applicability of the generated content.
  • Users are solely and exclusively responsible for their own actions, interpretations, and decisions made during or after using the Platform.

3. Usage Restrictions and Intellectual Property

MIRRORA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for strictly personal use. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Commercializing, reselling, or redistributing the generated content.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform.
  • Using the Platform's logic, generated content, or structure to train, develop, or create a competing product, service, or artificial intelligence.
  • Attempting to extract, copy, or manipulate the core prompts, algorithms, or backend logic of the system.
  • Using automated systems, scripts, or bots to access, scrape, or extract data and content from the Platform.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice or refund, for any reason. Any violation of these Terms, particularly attempts to extract our intellectual property or commercialize the content, will result in immediate termination and may result in legal action.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.

6. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect the evolution of the Platform. Continued use of MIRRORA after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
